Individual Therapy

 

This is a collaborative process where an individual works one on one with a professional therapist. The aim is to:

- Understand and manage emotions and behaviors

- Cope with life challenges (e.g., grief, trauma, stress)

- Heal from past experiences

- Improve relationships and communication

- Build self-esteem and confidence

- Set personal goals and make positive changes


It can be conducted either in person or online and lasts between 45-60 minutes.
