Why “Urithi Mental Wellness”? Urithi is a Swahili word that means inheritance. Our aim is to restore people back to their original identity of rest and hope that is found within them before all the chaos of the world beat down on them. As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in our mental space because it's your inheritance as a human being to be whole. We've created this space to offer support and a safe space for you and anyone else who may be navigating emotional challenges. That includes; children, young people and families. Individual Therapy

  This is a collaborative process where an individual works one on one with a professional therapist. The aim is to: - Understand and manage emotions and behaviors - Cope with life challenges (e.g., grief, trauma, stress) - Heal from past experiences - Improve relationships and communication - Build self-esteem and confidence - Set personal goals and make positive changes It can be conducted either in person or online and lasts between 45-60 minutes.  Loading…
